1. Prepare your contract number and password.
2. Stand by your computer that is subject to technical problems.
3. Be prepared to explain and repeat your problem to Support Expert in detail.
4. Take screenshots of all error messages or note them down word by word.
5. Make sure that you know the names and versions of Logo product(s) in use along with operating systems and hardware of computers which are present in your environment and connected to Logo applications as terminal.
While speaking to a Support Expert, it will be useful to write the solution to your problem down step by step. It will provide convenience to write it down while you are on the phone. After you hang up, you will have a permanent and proper solution in your hand.
