You can manage your teams on field, track them on map and send SMS by using options located under ISTCELL module of Logo application. You can benefit from OTP feature in your work flow processes. You can also import Turkcell invoices into the system and apply for Turkcell services directly via application. You can use options located under Main Records and Operations menu of ISTCELL program module in order to perform these transactions.

EKİP MOBİL

Ekipmobil enables to track mobile personnel working for companies that carry out operations, gather orders, make deliveries through their field teams with the help of their cell phones by determining their locations on maps. It informs companies about personnel locations and helps them to determine the closest employee to a specific address and send SMS to their mobile personnel. Informing via SMS and location query properties gives the opportunity of communicating with personnel through instant messaging service. So mobile personnel can be coordinated and managed more easily.

Numbers included in ekipmobil service by the company are entered to the system, and company official is able to track all mobiles at all times by means of entering user name and password assigned to him from mobile tracking service.

The main purpose of this service is to manage company teams and provide efficiency. Companies can lead their teams in maximum efficiency and provide savings. Being informed about the locations of employees, tracking their visits easily and leading the right person to the right place on the right time enable executive control.

This service presents backward reporting and analysis opportunities. Ability of reporting former locations of an employee increases efficiency. You can take your efficiency under control by obtaining information related to the last locations of personnel, former works of your employees and time info related to visiting/leaving the region for which your employee is responsible from retrospective reports.

Phone numbers to be used in the system are recorded by using Ekip Mobil Phone Numbers option located under Main Records menu of ISTCELL program module.

Phone numbers which will be tracked are transferred into the system by using “Send Tracking Request” option located in F9-right Mouse button menu of Phone Numbers list.

You can display current address of the relevant salesperson, send SMS and report retrospective location and messaging details by using F9-right mouse button menu options of Phone Numbers list.

You can track users one by one or all of them by using Show on Map option.

You can enter a retrospective date range in this window, and locations of the relevant persons can be tracked on map in accordance with date range.

Ekip Mobil option located under Operations menu can be used to track the relevant persons on map.

Location Report and Message Report options located in right Mouse button menu of Phone Numbers list enable to report locations of employee(s) in a specific time and date range and messages sent and received as well.

The last tracking status of all records listed in Phone Numbers window are updated with Inquire Tracking Status option and traceability information is displayed in Tracking Status column.

Mobile Info and Mobile Training

Thanks to Mobile Info feature, you can create information and presentation documents in order to send to your customers, and you can conduct market surveys, evaluate customer satisfaction and get opinions and suggestions in the heat of the moment by using Turkcell Mobile Survey service that will be sent to mobile phones of your customers directly. All you need to do is to select survey option in type field and determine date range for survey by specifying start-end dates in Info Content page.

You can send any information in audio, video, image, presentation or word document format to your all employees at the same time without gathering them in the same environment thanks to Mobile Training. By arranging exams or surveys, you can get feedback.

Contents such as training, examination, survey, presentation texts etc required to be sent to Mobile Info subscribers are defined by using Mobile Info and Mobile Training options located under Main Records of ISTCELL module. Contents are prepared by using Add New Content option located in right mouse button menu (F9) of Mobile Info Contents List.

When you click on “Save” button, Mobile Content Arrangement window will open. Info content or survey content which will be prepared are determined by selections made in this window.

Text, file or pictures that will be included in Survey/Info content are created by using the relevant options.

Prepared contents can be sent to the relevant user(s) by using “Send to Group” or “Send to User” options located in F9 menu.

Mobil Informing

Mobile Informing is a tool which increases the efficiency by means of informing employees, customers and partners. Mobile Informing subscribers are:

  • System users
  • AR/AP: The first telephone number specified in AR/AP communication info is accepted as mobile phone number and it is assigned to the relevant subscriber
  • Personnel (In case of available IK connection): The first number of mobile phone number type in employee card is assigned.
  • Other: It is used to define new subscribers who are not classified under the types stated above.
  • Contacts (Sales Proposal Management): Mobile phone number of the relevant person is added.

You can save mobile subscribers and mobile subscriber groups who will benefit from this informing tool by using the following options located under Main Records menu of ISTCELL module.

  • Mobile Subscribers
  • Mobil Subscriber Groups

  • User type

Mobile Informing Subscribers can be selected automatically by using Transfer to Mobile Info option located in F9-right Mouse button menu option of AR/AP records, Contacts and System Users list.

When you select “Transfer to Mobile Info” option located in AR/AP records list, Mobile Subscriber list will open and the selected AR/AP record will be transferred to this list automatically. When you want to make changes on a definition, click on Update option.

Message Templates

Turkcell Institutional Messaging Solutions enable effective mass communication with your customers and employees by sending SMS, MMS, Video/URL. Your customers and employees will have the opportunity to contact you as well. They can share their demands, complains and problems with you.

When sending SMS in batch, it will provide convenience to define SMS template which is the easiest and the most economical method for several communication demands such as campaign, celebration or announcement. Template definitions are saved with SMS Templates option located under Main Records of ISTCELL program module.

Message sending info is determined by using parameters located in definition window opened when “New” option is clicked. You can select one of these templates when sending SMS in batch.

Batch Message Sending

Users can be sent SMS in batch by using Send SMS in batch option located under Operations menu of ISTCELL module. In order to send messages via application, you must enter User name and Password in SMS settings tab of ISTCELL section located in System Administration/Companies/Details window

When sending message in batch, users who will receive SMS are determined by using Add User or Add Group options. If you select Add User option, Mobile Subscribers are listed and the required selection is made.

If you select Add Group option, you will make your selection from Mobile Subscriber Groups list.

Message content is entered in Message to be Sent field.

You can use recorded message templates when sending messages. SMS Template field is clicked. Recorded templates are listed, and the required selection is made.


Sending SMS From AR/AP List

You can send messages from AR/AP records list. The following options located in F9- right mouse button menu of AR/AP records list are used to send SMS to Accounts (Receivable/Payable) or other accounts.

  • Send SMS
  • Send SMS in Batch

When users want to send SMS in batch, AR/AP records to which message will be sent should be selected by checking the required records. Necessary information is entered in Send SMS in batch window, and message is sent.

SMS Usage in Work Flows

SMS usage also applies for Work Flow Management. SMS option is included in warning types options located in Work Flow cards. This option enables to send warning message content as SMS to phone number which is entered for a defined user.

When warning type is SMS, warning and information messages are sent to the relevant users, as it is performed when warning type is selected as message or mail.

Turkcell OTP (One Time Password)

SMS OTP (One time password) is a quick and easy solution that can be used when performing transactions which do not require original signature, yet deem it necessary to have approval from security or authorized person. OTP is used for task realizations of users within the scope of Work Flow processes in LOGO applications.

OTP approval option is included in Task Type column in Work Flow Management/Work Flow card lines. Task type will be OTP Approval when you select this option.

When you click on Actualize Task option after defining the relevant task, user will receive a cell phone message including the approval code of task.

Approval code included in this message is entered within the specified duration, and “OK” button is clicked; task is actualized.

In order to run the system, the following arrangements must be performed.

1-      User name and Password must be entered by using OTP settings option located in System Administration/Company Definitions/Details/ISTCELL window. Information entered in these fields is also given after making your application to Turkcell for OTP service.

2-    System Administration/Global/ Web Account Settings option is used to make account settings.

3-     System Administration /Management /Web Service Connections option is used to define a connection.

Online Turkcell Invoice Transfer

Online Turkcell Invoice Transfer feature is used to transfer service invoices into the system in batch. This transaction is developed to import Turkcell invoices with a single transaction over a template defined by the user in order to remove the task of importing service invoices received from Turkcell.

Invoice Mapping Tables are used when transferring invoices. Invoice mapping table is created to determine AR/AP record to which Turkcell invoices will be transferred and service card which will be used for performing transfer transaction.

Mapping tables are saved by using Invoice Mapping Table option located under Main Records menu of ISTCELL module. Purchase and Sales Services details are saved in the relevant tabs in mapping table window accessed by clicking on New option.

You can specify AR/AP record in which invoice will be saved by selecting the required record in Invoice AR/AP field. Records which will be listed in Services Purchased Records lines are determined in template lines. VAT rates are calculated in service records. Tax lines, apart from these, are considered as a separate service card.

If “Will be entered based on service number” option is checked in Services Purchased Records section, a different service card is specified for each phone number.

Similarly, service records can also be defined for tax service records on tax rate basis

Importing Invoices

By using Import Invoices option located under Operations menu of ISTCELL module, Service invoices received by companies from Turkcell are imported into the system over a template defined by users.

Conditions to be valid for this transaction are determined in filter lines. These filter options are:

If you select “Entered Value on Filter” option in Invoice date filter line, valid date is specified in Date filter line.

If no selection is made in Invoice Year and Month filter lines, all invoices that are not imported yet and belong to the system subscriber defined in company definition details recorded in Turkcell Invoice System are imported.

Whether or not an invoice received from Turkcell is a batch invoice can be confirmed by checking data received from Turkcell. If Batch Invoice is “No”, each company invoice is received with separate numbers. If Batch Invoice is “Yes”, total value of all invoices are displayed as cumulative. Yet you can access to amount details of each number.

A different invoice is made out for each number. Since only one service card is available in mapping table, the same service card is used in service lines of each invoice.

Only one invoice is made out and service card available in mapping table is used. It has a single main service card apart from tax service cards.

Mapping is performed according to service numbers of received invoices. A different invoice is made out for each number. However, service card in which telephone number of invoice and number in mapping table are matched is found in service lines.

Only one invoice is made out, but line number in invoice is equal to the telephone number matched with service number in mapping table.

The same case applies for Services Sold Records.

Applications

You can use Applications option located in Operations menu of ISTCELL module in order to make application to Turkcell Service Center.

Services you will apply for are selected in Application form. You can access to service details by clicking on For Further Information option.
